An accomplished professional with over 4 decades of experience in pesticide & seed business, Mr. Arora managed & developed business of Bayer CropScience working in diverse capacities in both private and public sector. After his successful stint of 38 years with Bayer, he is supporting Crystal Crop Protection in streamlining sustainable business as their Business Advisor.
Mr. Arora holds unanimously elected position of President-Agri Alumni Association of Pantnagar since its inception in 2008

Agri Alumni Association of Pantnagar (AAAP) epitomizes an immensely vibrant and diversified community of alumni and the faculties of the College of Agriculture Pantnagar, serving mankind in diverse spheres of life.
Since its inception in 2008, AAAP has been conducting annual events to bring together the Pantnagar alumni, fostering the sense of alliance among the alumni fraternity. It aims to create an opportunity for the Pantnagar Alumni to network, relive the golden past, and create new memories.
